Noureen Dwulf was born on the 28th of February, 1984 at New York City. Her entire life she has shown a great interest in becoming an actress. When she was enrolled at Boston University School of the Arts, she began building the foundations to pursue her dream profession. Following graduation, Noureen began to apply for various roles. In 2005, she was cast in an important role for the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and has been screened around the globe. The 1990s were when she appeared as a child actor in films like Alaska (1996) as well as Now and Then (1996). In the aftermath of receiving global recognition and praise in 1999 for her performance in the film American Beauty, she rose to the top of the charts. Her next film was Ghost World (2001), an acclaimed film which garnered her a Golden Globe.
